This half-day course is designed to assist employers to comply with current food hygiene requirements.  This course has been developed in conjunction with criteria set down by the Food Safety Authority of Irelands “Guide to Food Safety Training” Level 1.  Our course is designed to introduce participants to food hygiene and safety issues.  Participants will be able to understand their requirements under legislation as well as following best work practices.
